What Personnel Economic is?

According to Wikipedia, Personnel economics has been defined as "the application of economic and mathematical approaches and econometric and statistical methods to traditional questions in human resources management.''

The course of Personnel Economic aims to give students a structured framework for analyzing the issue of the management of human resources: selection, training, motivation of employees.
